How many workouts does this program include?

Program materials include four different starting points and progressions plans for you to choose from. The four different programs are designed to address the specific needs of the following:

Based on your current morning habits, you’ll start you with one of the four progressions. During the 14 Days we’ll progress you as you feel comfortable. Each level will include four weight training workouts, cardio workout format that you can complete indoors or outdoors regardless of what equipment you have and list of options for restorative workouts.

What equipment do I need for the Workouts?

You will need a set of hand weights.

How much earlier will I need to wake up?

Generally; If you are currently not waking up early, in this program we start by practicing getting up on 5 days per week, 30 minutes earlier than your current wake-up time. Sounds too easy for you? Good! Gradual progression is part of the system that I will teach you in this program. Ultimately my goal is to take you from Sleeper to Pro Morning Exerciser. :)
It you are already in the habit of getting up early, you will not likely need to get up any earlier.
